ATHENS - Another Georgia Bulldog football player has been arrested on driving charges.

This time it’s new safety Ja’Marley Riddle who becomes the latest Bulldog in trouble with the law. First reported by WFIG 98.7 FM in Brunswick, the East Carolina transfer was arrested Friday, May 8th in Glynn County on two felony drug possesion charges after being pulled over for speeding at a high rate.

It is being reported that Riddle, A Kingsland native, was driving around 100 mph when pulled over. The station reported that marijuana was detected by the officer, and after searching the vehicle, several bags were found with the drug inside.

Riddle is a former Camden County standout who made two tackles and two pass-breakups during Georgia’s G-Day scrimmage last month. Now, his future with the Georgia team is likely up in the air after another embarrassing arrest for the program.
